The Luck -> DropProbability mapping is not published. The monotone-likelihood family p_tier ∝ w_tier * (1 + alpha * Luck)^k_tier matches the observed “Common stays common, Mythic climbs visibly” behavior with alpha ≈ 0.25 and tier exponents rising from ~0.8 (Common) to ~2.8 (Mythic), but treat these as a model, not a game constant.
The decision rule
A first buy should pass three checks before the Upgrade & Luck Scenario tool is even opened:

The free +10% Gold / +1 Luck buff
The official description says liking the experience and joining the Heroplay Studios Roblox group grants a permanent +10% Gold and +1 Luck buff. This stacks multiplicatively with every other Gold and Luck source, including the Earnaldo gamepass guide Lucky and ULTRA Lucky passes. It is the single highest-leverage free buff in the game and should be active before any Gold or Luck investment is made.
